Can I split my order so I can get in stock items earlier?

We offer two types of delivery. Group Deliveries and Split Deliveries. At the time of checkout, we give our customers the option to select group or split deliveries. With Split deliveries, a pre-order item (i.e. an item stating 'Delivery from [date]' on the product page and in the basket) is dispatched separately from the other order items at no additional cost.

With split deliveries, the in-stock products reach you earlier than those with estimated lead times (e.g. 3-7 working days). In case there is any charge involved in this process, a charge will be clearly displayed at the time of your checkout, before final confirmation.

We also allow you to order a split after checkout. You may place your request with our team via live chat or email.

With Group deliveries, we hold the item until all the items you've ordered come into our warehouse. After all the items arrive at the warehouse, we do a group delivery.
