What is the estimated delivery time?

We use the services of various trustworthy carrier partners and our own vans to deliver across the UK. Each of our product states Stock Availability lead-time in days. For items in stocks, the smaller-size products - we aim to ship them out for delivery for the next working day when ordered before 2pm. For larger and medium-sized items our cut-out time is before 4pm and we aim to ship them out for delivery in 1 to 2 working days, based on your location. Once the order is ready for dispatch, we will email you or call you with the details of the carrier company. We provide you with a tracking number for each delivery, and you can track your shipment directly from the carrier company's website.

On a few occasions, the Carrier company will call you and fix the time of delivery, and will deliver the items ordered on the given date. On a few occasions, when we get items delivered directly from manufacturers, we won't be able to provide a tracking number, but we will give you the approximate delivery date.

Someone needs to be present at the delivery address until 7:00pm on the day of delivery, as the carriers we use require a signature to complete the delivery.

You should be aware that carrier company drivers won't carry heavy loads on their own and will need to see identification before leaving the goods. This is to protect us from fraudulent orders.

We strongly suggest that you do not schedule any installation work until a few days after the expected delivery date.

We deliver all across UK, Scotland and Ireland(*). All product(s) will be delivered on normal working days. There will be no deliveries on public holidays. All quoted delivery times are based on product(s) leaving our warehouse, (Dispatch), NOT on the time you place your order.

Lead Times

We will dispatch your order to the carrier company in 2 days. The goods will be delivered in about 3-4 days to you. Special orders will need about 6-7 days for delivery.

All delivery times are estimates only, and sometimes certain deliveries may take longer due to shortages from manufacturers and other situations beyond our control. We will contact you with the expected delivery date as soon as the order is processed. Please note that some products may take longer due to manufacturer shortages.

* Please Note Delivery Charges to Certain Postcodes may differ from UK Mainland Area *. This area includes Ireland, Scotland, Central London (because of congestion charges), and a few postcodes in the UK.
