Can I request a delayed delivery?

Yes, we usually allow a delayed delivery. You can inform us at live chat or via emailing us at support@qssupplies.co.uk, immediately after you've completed your checkout.

If your order is out for delivery on the road, we cannot delay your delivery. Please note that we can delay the delivery of your goods up to 7 to 16 working days. If you want to delay your delivery further more, you can contact our support team.

Can I request a specific delivery date?

We deliver from Monday to Friday. At the time of ordering, you can add your request in the delivery notes at checkout. You can also send in your request by email at orders@qssupplies.co.uk or chat. We will then confirm if we can deliver your requested date after liaising with the relevant transport department.
