At QS Supplies, we use trustworthy carriers for deliveries across UK, Scotland and Ireland. We also follow an up-to-date tracking system to keep you posted on the status of your orders. Delivery dates are approximate, and therefore, we suggest you do not schedule any installation work until you have received the items. To learn more about our delivery service, click here.
Please do not book Tradesmen until the items are safely received and thoroughly checked.
Collections
Before travelling for collections, please wait for a formal communication from us confirming your order is ready. For urgent orders, we recommend you call ahead to check lead times. Our Sales Team can be reached at 0116 251 0051, Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 5.00 pm.

Roper Rhodes Delivery Lead Times Information
For Roper Rhodes orders, the weekly cut-off time is Thursday at 3:30 PM. Orders placed before this cut-off will arrive at our warehouse and be dispatched on the following Tuesday. If the order is placed after the cut-off time, delivery to our warehouse, and consequently the dispatch, will be delayed by one week.
