The sheet is heated and then vacuum-formed into the desired bath shape. It is then fully reinforced with Glass Reinforced Polymer [GRP]. A medium-density 15mm baseboard is positioned and encapsulated with extra Glass Reinforced Polymer [GRP]. The bath is then cured, trimmed and drilled for tapholes or bath grips if required.
