I’m looking to purchase an Essence FH321C showerhead as a replacement for an existing showerhead of the same model. Do I need also need a flow regulator? If so does this just fit between the shower head and shower arm?

I don't think you will need a flow regulator, but if you require one, it will fit between the shower head and arm.

I have a Crosswater Shower Head FH321C which I have removed from its arm for cleaning purposes. I slackened both Allen key grub screws and dismantled the ball joint. Inside there is an "O" ring and a plastic ring which I believe I have replaced in the correct order. However, when re-fitting to the arm, water sprays out from the ball joint socket. Could you please confirm for me the correct order in which the ball socket should be re-assembled? Also, is it possible to separate the plate cont?
