MIke Asked :Are Grohe horizontal flush systems universal? I have a similar one (looks slightly different) which has broken (has 2 air hoses out the back, similar size) - Will I be able to place on my existing fitting?
Answered By QS Team :
The two air hose it the old model, and we would not recommend using the current single hose models as a replacement
Rachel Asked :Can flush plates be used with any concealed cisterns?
Answered By QS Team :
This would be dependent on the cistern in-wall, It will need to have an air operated flush valve on a single hose.
Alison Asked :Can you use these toilet Plates with any wall hung system?
Answered By QS Team :
We can confirm that the 38858000 will go with all the frame heights.
Kirsty Asked :I currently have a grove flush plate 38506 fitted, the button has just fallen through the plate I presume the click mechanism has gone (possibly 10 years old). Would this flush plate be a compatible fitting? The current plate is also horizontal and same fitting size.
Answered By QS Team :
Please, can you confirm how many air hoses are attached to the back of the button?
Bill Asked :Grohe Skate Plate: What is the difference between a vertical plate and a horizontal one? I have Grohe frames for wall-hung toilets. Is it a matter of choice, is there something in the frame that determines this? I am looking to buy 7 hence my question. QS v47669 or QS V57650? Trying to decide between these two part numbers. Would like to buy a mix and then fix depending on the bathroom? Regards Bill
Answered By QS Team :
Thanks for the query. The only difference is of installation (vertical/horizontal). You have to make it clear before ordering, that which type of flush plate installation is suitable for your existing Grohe frame.
