Does the spout flange move independently so that its position can be adjusted to fit snugly over tiles?

In the picture, the lever is on the right-hand side. Is it possible to have the lever on the left of the spout?

We are afraid that the manufacturer calibrates the products like this for the specific orientation. Also, this would mean you would have Flexi pipes going upward instead of downward, which would cause operation issues and void the product's warranty.
