1 Features Included In This Product Explained

With / Without Overflow

With / Without Overflow

An overflow is a small hole or opening at the upper part of a sink, basin, bidet or tub that drains away water upon reaching its level so that no water is spilt. When a basin or bath does not come with this design feature, it is called “without overflow” and will need a compatible drain.

Oliver Asked :

What is the difference between right-handed and left-handed baths for the Heritage Tilbury 1665 x 710mm Corner Freestanding Acrylic Bath? Is 'right-handed' for the wall or shower screen on the right? It appears symmetrical anyway, so I don't understand why it matters.

Answered By QS Team Answered by the QS Technical Team

The difference between the left-hand and right-hand bath is that the rim that fits against the wall is slightly flatter and wider so that it can be sealed against the tiles. This means depending on what side the bath is against the tiles would depend on which bath you would require.
