Derek Asked :
Regarding Hudson Reed Richmond Low-Level Pan with Cistern and Flush Pipe Kit - I may choose comfort level if available as my wife has mobility problems. 1) Does the cistern use a siphon, as I am fed up with the leaks from my close coupled toilet? I don't want to risk having another closed coupled toilet of another make as I could be as unlucky again. 2) The toilet waste pipe comes from the floor with a right-angle bend which controls the distance of the toilet from the wall. Do you have any idea of the minimum distance that the toilet can be from the wall when fed from the cistern? This is a variable in the drawings, i.e. the distance front of the seat to the wall. The front of the present toilet bowl is about 67-68cm from the wall.
All our cisterns are fit with an internal overflow/syphon. All of Hudson Reed's waste outlets are designed to go out of the back; the variable comes from the low-level pipe used to connect the pan and cistern at its full depth, which is 200mm. We hope this makes sense.

Hello there; before I order this item, could you please confirm the actual shape of the toilet pan base? The indentation for the bolt holes is what I am after; however, this reference "CR022" provides variations in the design, leading me to believe that the product design has changed slightly over time, yet it continues to have the same reference. An actual photo would be just what I need.
We confirm that the product's image is the latest, and the line drawing is the updated one from the manufacturer.
