The Grohe Uniset for WC Flushing Cistern is capable of vertical or horizontal use and comes with support feet for completely secure installation. Created with small maintenance access and rail adapters for modular fixing, this product comes with a fixing device just for ceramic, so you it won't budge once it's fully installed in the bathroom. Featuring low noise operation and insulated against condensation on the outside, this unit comes with an inlet and outlet connecting set with the water supply that comes from the left, right, back or top.

I forgot to ask if Horizontal Flush plates operate with the uniset cistern, as it states vertical and horizontal use but doesn't state if it's referring to flush plates. I want to purchase the Grohe - QS-V7981 38642001, and I'd like to purchase the QS-V29159 -£74.42 Vertical Flush plate. I noticed the following flush plates, but I'm unsure of the difference apart from the cost. Please advise if the following plates are compatible with the Uniset cistern. QS -V75919 - £184.34? QS- V28547 £104.63?

The flush plates can be either vertical or horizontal in this cistern. This, however, needs to be determined before the tiling, as the inspection box needs to be positioned in the desired orientation. 38805000 would be compatible with this cistern.
