Functionality - It use the latest intelligent heating and safety technology. Featuring two temperature settings of 45°C or 60°C, an in-built electronic temperature sensor ensures precise control with a smart 2-hour timer featured as standard. Simple to use with a single control button for all functions, the device displays its current operating mode using multi-coloured LED's. The heating element has very low power consumption when in standby mode 0.5w.
Safety - Featuring an active safety feature that initiates in the event of dry radiator operation, this heating element is equipped with a temperature sensor and
thermal fuse double overheating protection. The element will display warning indicators in the case of malfunction. Rated I, IPX5.
Sleek and Unobtrusive - It fits easily inside the rail, blending seamlessly with the collector profile.

This technology is an eco-friendly and multi-metal pretreatment process. It can be compared to the zinc phosphating process and is technically advanced to give you an excellent-quality finish. It provides up to 65% more protection than standard zinc coating, and every rail is 100% wheel polished, sandblasted, electrochemically de-greased and then bleached to prevent any oxidising, keeping it rust and corrosion free.
