I bought a Crosswater Belgravia shower basket from you on 5th March 2017. It has now come loose on the shower wall. How do I tighten it up? I did not install it myself, the fixing is concealed, so I am unsure how it is fixed to the shower wall.

The connection is accessible underneath the chrome plate. The basket and the chrome plate can be unscrewed, and the fixings will be revealed, and here you can tighten it all back together.
