The Products must be returned in the condition that you received them. In this case, we will refund the price of the products in full including delivery but you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement within 14 days from the date on which you received the goods. (Refer Point 1.)

From Your QS Supplies Account. You can log in to your QS Supplies Account, and raise a return request.
QS Supplies offer a full refund within 14 days of you receiving the order. Cancellation/return is valid 14 days from the date on which you or a third party on your behalf took possession of the delivery.
You can return the items using transport of your choice. You must inform our customer service team before sending any items back. Please do not write or stick anything on the product box.
For Returns, you may be asked why you are returning the items. This is for feedback, quality and training purposes only.
We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day of receipt of returned goods/items. We will refund using the same mode of payment as you used when paying, and you will not incur any fees for this transaction.
If you cancel after the goods have been dispatched from our distribution centre. Such cancellation of orders will result in a refund of the products, less any costs incurred by us in recovering the items back to our distribution centre.
Please Note: We cannot be held responsible for products/items that are damaged or lost during return transit. Always prefer an insured and trackable carrier company. We will require the actual receipt of the product(s) or proof of received return delivery to complete the refund.
