What is your "Returns Policy"

We have chalked out a comprehensive refund policy for the convenience of our customers. There may be times when you wish to return or cancel your order in full or part. You are eligible for a full refund if you inform us of your decision within 14 days of delivery.

You can send the ordered items back to us through your desired means. Our customer care team will assist to complete this process efficiently.

For eligibility for a return, you must satisfy certain conditions:

• The product(s) are in the original packaging
• The product(s) were not used or damaged

Special Orders or Bespoke Items, those missing their orginal packaging, used or installed cannot be returned.

QS Supplies reserves their right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not satisfy the above conditions at our sole discretion.

Ensure, you contact our customer support team before returning anything so we can arrange the return label. We would require the original receipt of the product(s) or proof of received return delivery for processing a refund.
