Hi, Are you able to let me know whether the arm of the unit is chrome or plastic? And the mm size of the end where it attaches to the wall? Thank you

The shower arm is plastic chrome coloured, and it uses a 15mm pipe connection. We have also uploaded the installation guide, which should also help.
