Awful. I hate them with a passion. Sure they look the part, but that is all. Useless and horrible in use. Has rusted in several places. It is very difficult to operate as the on-off hot, cold mechanism is exceptionally stiff. Water ends up going everywhere! The handle has sharp corners and hurts to use it. I am a strong 42-year-old man. My children cannot operate it at all. I should have bought an Ikea or a Britta and saved around £200. The matching bath mixer tap that I also purchased has all the same faults and was even more expensive at nearly £300! This is the single worst purchase I have ever made! I urge anyone thinking about purchasing these because they look so attractive in the brochure/webpage NOT to choose these, please. Any other taps on the planet would be an improvement! DO NOT PURCHASE!

The water flow is good and there is no doubt this is an attractive unit, it looks exactly what I had expected. Item did arrive as it was stated on the website. Will use QS again in future.
