Given there is no visible valve on the model and that it is Thermostatic can you confirm that one of the dials would set the temperature (and can remain fixed) and that the other acts as a diverter to send water to the bath or shower as appropriate and also control flow?

The right hand temperature handle can be over ridden by pressing in the override button. The left hand handle will operate the control flow, please see additional image.
