Toughened Safety Glass

Toughened glass, tempered or safety glass as it is rightly called, is five times harder than regular glass of the same size and thickness, which makes it so that it won’t break as easily. It also shatters with scattering as it tends to break into tiny, blunt pieces without harming anyone nearby. Known to have greater thermal strength, this durable material with double glazing has almost twice the soundproofing abilities and provides excellent heat insulation.

Frameless

As the name implies, shower doors or bath screens with minimal framing in the design are called frameless. As the enclosure is mostly glass, it can offer a clear view into your shower to highlight features that need attention, such as tiling, shower columns or other components. Aesthetically stunning, these are generally made of very thick safety glass.

It is a design which allows the product to be fitted either to the right or left, depending on the dimensions of your space.

CE Certified Product

CE mark meets the prescribed safety, health and environmental protection requirements and all appropriate EU requirements. This mark is mandatory for products designed, made and sold in the European Economic Area.

UKCA Certified

UKCA or the UK Conformity Assessed marking is a mandatory UK product marking for products sold across Great Britain, equivalent to the CE Marking in Europe. UKCA will be used to replace the CE Marking. CE marking will no longer be valid in England, Scotland and Wales except in Northern Ireland from the 1st of January 2021, and the CE mark will stay valid until the 1st of January 2023. A product with UKCA marking shows that the product complies with the UKCA Marking requirements.
