All of Trojan’s standard acrylic baths can be strengthened by Trojancast. This intensive reinforcement process makes every bath hard-wearing and incredibly strong.

Added Insulation

To keep your bath water hotter for longer, Trojancast’s resin jacket stops heat from escaping through the side walls. The distinctive British racing green jacket covers the underside of the bath, not only adding extra insulation but strengthening the bath too.

Encapsulated Base Board

The encapsulated base board has been coated with Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) to strengthen it and add a sealing quality to the construction while protecting it from water damage. It goes around the tub and the drain hole, supports the tub, and assists in sealing the underside from moisture.
