The products we sell through our website typically include a manufacturer's guarantee - the length of the guarantee will vary by brand and product. The guarantee is subject to its own terms, conditions, inclusions and exclusions (such as parts). Many manufacturers may require you to register your guarantee/warranty with them

We offer spare parts or their aftermarket replacement even after the product is discontinued. Usually, we do stock spare parts, but if a product is discontinued for a long time, we may have come to the end of the stock for that particular part. We can help you get in touch with the manufacturer. The manufacturer may charge you a small fee or offer the part free, subject to the terms and conditions of your guarantee. Upon your request, we will also coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf.
