How do I know if a product is in stock?

The products in stock are marked 'in stock' on the product listing and on the product page of our website. The stock feed is updated daily on business days on our website. In stock items are delivered as standard (2-3 working days) or next day to nearly the whole of the UK mainland.

For products that are not in stock - we offer an estimated delivery time of about 3-7 working days. These products are stocked by our suppliers and may take a day or two to reach our warehouse for dispatch. Some special (bespoke) items may require 2-14 weeks of lead time, depending on the brand and item you ordered. In certain situations, we arrange them to be delivered directly to you from our supplier/partner warehouse.

Pre-ordered items will be dispatched to you immediately upon arrival at the warehouse. When your order has both pre-ordered and in-stock items, you can expect the in-stock items to be delivered first. No extra charges will be applied for the pre-order item. Any changes in estimated delivery dates will be communicated to you.

We try our best to keep our website updated about stock and delivery timelines, and also for our suppliers and brand partners. We discourage booking tradespeople based on the estimated delivery times & if you must, then we suggest leaving a buffer.
