I'm facing payment issues online, can I still order?

We offer a number of different payment methods. You can pay using Credit/Debit card, PayPal and Bank Transfers. We verify all payments using a 3-D Secure system. Sometimes, if you're paying by a card that is not 3-D Secure, our customer support team will call you and ask for a verified photo id proof, in order to prevent fraudulent transactions.

In case, your payment is not going through or if the payment server is down, you can try using a different payment method, such as PayPal or Pay by Bank Transfer. Reach out to our customer support team, and they will instruct you further on Bank transfers.

*Please note, at present, we are not accepting payments by American Express online. American Express can be used offline at all of our branches.
