What do I do if some products are missing from my order?

If you seem to be missing some items, do not panic. Simply ensure your order isn't coming in more than one shipment. You should have received the shipment details during the checkout process. This will also be part of the order confirmation email sent to you. Sometimes, our warehouse team may pack smaller items inside the boxes of larger items, so check again. Inspite of these checks, if you’re still sure you are missing something, then contact us within 14 days of delivery with the details of the missing item.
