How do I make a complaint?

You can send us any complaints to us by filling up the general enquiry form on our contact us page. Please include your order number and your complain. Explain briefly what went wrong with your order and let us know how you would like the issue to be resolved. Our manager(s) will review your complaint and work with you towards a swift resolution.
