How do you adjust the temperature?

Answered By QS Team :
This valve comes with a temperature controller indice, through which the temperature can be adjusted. Please ensure the hot water supply is 55 Degree C at least at the nearest outlet prior to calibrating. Please see calibration section from the attached PDF URL

Hi, My shower Trevi-the year (300cp) Conccaled thermostatic shower valve purchased in 2005 ( I try to read from the sales person handwriting, so please forgive any typos) looses pressure after few minutes but another similar unit is working fine. Therefore, I assume the control unit has gone & need replacing. Am I right? If so will the model A3000AA fit the pipe Work? They look similar but no technical data available to me. Thanks, Frank

Answered By QS Team :
The fault you reported sounds like the shower is shutting down to a dribble to prevent scalding. I would check the on/off handle, this should not turn more than 180 degrees, if so replace the A952501NU11 x 2 Inlets cartridges and A963067NU Gears and Spindle.

The thermostat does not seem to be working as only cold water is getting through.

Answered By QS Team :
For this technical problem, you have to contact directly to the manufacturer.

I had a Trevi Therm Built-in Valve unit fitted in 1998. It is similar to the current A3000AA unit, the appearance though has an outer chrome ring with a gold inner, gold knob taps with a red override button on the right tap. Turning this thermostatic knob makes no difference to the temperature of the water which has become a rather disappointing, if not very invigorating tepid to cold! I suspect that the ceramic discs need replacing. Are they still available for this model, or am I faced with replacing the unit which would upset the decor of the rest of the bathroom's sanitary units?

Answered By QS Team :
We understand the problem you are facing regarding the shower valve. For issues of replacement part and availability of the spares, you have to contact directly to the manufacturer on this number: 0870 129 6085. Hope it helps.

My trevi shower is becoming increasingly difficult to turn off and it takes many turns of the handle to shut off the water. I am assuming that individual parts can be replaced rather than the whole valve? Do you have a supply of spares and any advice on how to approach identifying the problem and fixing it, please?

Answered By QS Team :
See the attached instruction PDF from technical tab. You need to change the cartridges and gearbox parts. (A952501NU11 - Flow Cartridges - 2 required) and (A963067NU - Gearbox - 1 required). These can be purchased from the local dealers.
