Andrea Asked :I have a similar shower, but I can not figure out how it works. Till now I have figured out the following; The top part controls the flow of the water stream, whilst the bottom part controls the temperature. What I cannot understand is the function of the buttons on both parts, and why the water is not keeping a constant temperature (it goes from cold - hot - very hot - hot - cold, then I press the button of the bottom part and it goes cold - hot - very hot - hot - cold again)? Thanks and sorry

The buttons on the handles raise a little hook inside to allow the handle to turn further instead of hitting the safety stop and flow stop. If your temperature is unstable we would recommend the following checks. 1) Check pipework connections are correct – hot on the left and cold on the right. 2) Check for blockages on non-return valve and filters. 3) Check thermostat calibration. 4) Check water pressures are over 1 bar but within 5:1 ratio. 5) Check incoming hot water isn't above 60°C.
