Bernard Brown Asked :what is the diameter size of the flexible pipe joining tap head to spout? I have very similar looking taps at the moment, but the hot water from a combi boiler trickles out the spout so slowly that the boiler fails to fire! I think that is because the said pipe is a smaller diameter than the inlet pipe from the combi boiler and constricts the water flow?
Answered By QS Team :
Sorry to note the problem you are having with this tap. We can confirm the diameter of the flexi is 8mm. Have you checked for an imbalance of pressures as Crosswater products require to have a balanced system to operate correctly? The tolerance that is allowed on Crosswater products is 0.5 on the hot and cold feeds.
Lizzie Kimber Asked :Please can you let me know how the hot and cold water link to the spout. Is it with solid pipes or flexible hoses? My taps are at a slight angle to the central spout so require hoses.

We have flexible hoses linking ours. Working well so far :-)
