Installation instructions would have been in the box. Sometimes hidden up against the side or under the cardboard flap. We have attached the instructions. Pleasre refer URL (https://images.alt.qssupplies.co.uk/2017-10-4--5-54-56-88.pdf). Please note there is a set screw that tightens the roll holder to the wall mount. Let us know if you need anything else.
