This didn't fit or work initially. Despite a complete change of the unit (FOC by manufacturer) it still didn't work (when flushed, water would run endlessly into the bowl without refilling the cistern, while leaking onto the floor at or or near the joint between cistern and bowl). Now, after several return visits from the bathroom installer, the leak is cured, and I have cured the refill problem with the aid of a drill, a jubilee clip, some string and several elastic bands (plus a great deal of time, skin off my hands and fiddly adjustment). I bought this unit because the QS website description at the time indicated that the height of the unit was variable and would accommodate a flushplate about 120cm (from memory) above floor level. However, on arrival it was clear that the height variability was intended to deal with false floors - an unusual arrangement in most bathrooms - and that the height of the flushplate above the floor was restricted. It was not possible to retrofit a front-facing flushplate. On the positive side, the manufacturer tried to help. But don't buy this unit. I have Geberits installed in two other bathrooms and these have given no trouble at all over a much longer period.
