Julian Asked :Hi, I have this shower valve and thermostatic mixer, bought in February 2018. The plumber has advised that it may need a replacement ‘cartridge’ because the cold water is interfering with the hot water meaning that the shower is luke warm. How can I arrange this please given that it’s brand new and has a 5 year guarantee? Do I need to contact Grohe directly? Many thanks, Julian Walker
