VitrA 12cm Floor and Wall Fixation Frame with Concealed Cistern is just what a contemporary WC needs. It requires a solid wall for installation with a lightweight front wall. The cistern comes with a dual flush control for water-saving when possible.

The water pressure required for optimal working is 0.5 to 10 bar. This product is an ideal partner with new generation super-efficient wall-hung WC pan. Made from strong and sturdy material, this unit works reliably for many years to come.

What does the 12cm in the name refer to? I would assume it's the depth, but the dimensions say 160/240. Do these refer to the depths of the two-volume options?

The 12cm dimension refers to the maximum height of the frame, which, as per the technical line drawing, is equivalent to 1270mm.

At what height do the 2 rods need to be to hang the WC pan off?

There is no set height for these fixing as this all depends on customers’ needs as some fix these at a comfort height level so the top of the pan would sit at 480mm from the floor unlike the standard height of 400mm. Also, the pan being used does alter the height according to the pans own fixing points.
