Can the bath be painted in the factory before delivery.?

The baths come into us from a supplier, and they come primed, ready for a customer to paint to their desired colour. The RRP for the bath (primed ready to paint) is £2600.00 + VAT. There is the option to have the supplier actually paint the bath instead for a cost of £195.00 + VAT. This cost is on top of the price for the bath.
