Chris Asked :

Good morning, I hope you can help me. I have a shower fitted with a triple control concealed thermostatic shower valve we purchased from you in February 2014. The invoice stated this was by Phoenix with a product code of HFVP006. We need to replace the valve cartridge, and I should be very grateful if you could tell me the make and reference number of the cartridge we should buy. The Phoenix model no longer seems available on your site, but the installation guide and appearance appear identical to the Premier triple valve ref ITY315 currently in your online catalogue. Many thanks, and I look forward to hearing from you. Chris de Grouchy 28 Chestnut Grove New Malden Surrey KT3 3JN
