I ordered the Silverdale Pair of Taps for my Victorian bath in Incalux finish from QS Supplies. But when I received my package, I was not very pleased with the gold finish. I called up QS Supplies requesting for an exchange. The staff were very helpful, they explained their return policy and after a few days, my gold taps were replaced by chrome ones, which now I am very happy with. I will surely use QS supplies for my future online purchases.
