Yes, the curtain rings are designed to be slightly bigger to bypass the ceiling supports.

Due to the style of this rod, you could cause an issue, so unfortunately, we do not recommend cutting this down.

Hi, Can the 2M rail length be reduced to suit as I noticed from the fitting instructions that the dimples have to align when fitting into the joiner, and obviously, if you were to reduce the length, say to 1.3M, you would effectively lose the dimple, on one end?

I wish to install this in a bath of size 700 mm by 1700 mm. I assume the following number of rods supplied: one-off 2000mm, two-off 1000mm and a ceiling rob off 500mm. Thank you.

You are correct; each length of the rod is supplied as a separate piece. You will receive 1000mm x 2, 2000mm x 1 500mm x 2 ceiling supports.

Hi, I have a question about the ceiling support rod, in the questions asked previously you mention that the product now comes with 2 supporting structures for the ceiling, but the picture only shows one in the middle? Can you confirm that you do indeed get 2 ceiling support rods for near the bends? Can the curtains and the rings pass this fitting or will you need 3 different curtain pieces? Thank you

We can confirm that this product is supplied with two ceiling supports. These are to be fitted, as shown in the above image. The curtain rings supplied have a slightly larger than normal opening, meaning they can pass the ceiling supports.
