The product arrived in good and was fitted easily by the plumber. However, when it came to affix the leaver part of the tap it did not fit as it was the wrong size and thread. I therefore contacted both QS and the manufacturer. Apparently there had been a spec change and the wrong item had been sent. I was offered a full refund by QS, however this was not necessary as the correct lever was eventually received from the manufacturer following liaison between the two. This was fitted and now works perfectly. Thank you.

Tap has worked well for years. I had a problem with the handle coming loose and Roper Rhodes sent a replacement no hassle which has worked fine since (good customer service). (prob due to fitter screwing it in incorrectly as it is at an angle)

I like the look of the Roper Rhodes Storm Tap T221602, but I don't understand all the technical bits. 1. Do I need to pick an additional option? 2. Due to the taps water-saving qualities, does it means it does not flow very fast?

The additional item available is the water aerator which reduces the Actual water flow by 25%. This Value indicates with aerator name is the amount of water that would be reduced by the aerator. The flow rate of the tap is as follows:

0.1 bar - 6.8 Litres/min

0.3 bar - 9 Litres/min
0.4 bar - 10.5 Litres/min
