but the reach is quite short. I installed it in a cloakroom basin and it has to be run at fill flow to give enough clearance to comfortably wash hands

I have high-pressure water. Can I adjust this tap to reduce the flow?

Unfortunately, this tap is designed for low-pressure systems, and unless the water flow is reduced going into it, it may not work as desired.
