DQ Heating Zante Polished Stainless Steel Curved Towel Rail has an elegant presence suitable for modern bathrooms. Its gently curved front adds to its appeal. Constructed from stainless steel for strength and endurance, it is finished in an attractive polished stainless steel finish to complement other bath area accessories. Suitable for central heating systems, it comes with 9 tubes and is incredibly lightweight at 7 Kg. Making it easy to install and service. Moreover, it is also available as electric or in a dual fuel version and carries a guarantee of 25 years against any defect in material or manufacturing.

The towel rail is installed as normal but the addition of a Tee piece allows the installation of the electrical element, enabling you to run the towel rail independently or in conjunction with your heating system. To have your towel rail completely independent from your heating system there is the electric option available that comes with the heating element which controls the temperature of the towel rail. All heating elements for dual fuel are supplied with a Tee piece connector.

I bought the "QS-V50131, DQ-Heating-Zante-Polished-Stainless-Steel-Curved-Towel-Rail-500-x-1540mm", and I cannot see the vent to take the air out from the towel Rail. Usually, we use a key to open and bring the air out for the heater, but I cannot see it on this towel heater. Can you please let me know: 1) Is it normal? 2) Can you please let me explain how to take the air out from the towel rail?

We can advise that the micro bleed is on the back of the rail. You can twist the thumb wheel to release excess air; no key is required. We trust that this resolves the issue for you
