I have a dripping tap and need to tighten the inner screw. However, I cannot manage to remove the outer casing. Can you tell me how to do this? It is a Henley Deck bathroom sink fitting.

You would need to remove the indice to access the grub screw, take this out and remove the handle, then unscrew the bell cover from the valve. Please see the attached diagram of the available spares shows how the tap handles fit.
