Had one very similar about 20 years ago. When I had a new kitchen fitted, I look everywhere for a replacement and found this one. I must say this one is even better than my old one. I use it to give the dishes a quick rinse before loading into my dishwasher (saves the dishwasher getting clogged up with food). It is also powerful enough to get off stuck on sauces etc from my saucepans. After use it retracts quickly into its housing without getting stuck halfway (my old one had to be threaded back). All in all, I would definitely recommend it. It also looks stylish next to my tap.

Bought this tap in Dec'15, and had to get it replaced straight away as it had a constant leak. Tap is not the best quality, manufacturers replaced it fortunately very quickly. But now after a few months, the second one is also leaking from the end of the spout! Surprised at Adobe doing a bad finish product.

Just wondering how these types of tap install. Do they connect solely to either hot or cold supply or can they be adjustable temperature control? Looking to change the current tap in the kitchen which is a bridge-style mixer - struggling to find a likeable replacement so considering a standalone mixer through one of the current worktop holes and then one of these hand spray taps in the other, if that makes sense?

You are correct. They do only fit a single feed, and ideally, this would be the cold feed, as the hot feed would only get hotter. The product only works up to 2 bar, so it would require a pressure-reducing valve if the cold feed exceeds this.

I have an Abode pull-out Rinser, which looks as if it is the AT1100. This was fitted about four years ago when I had a new kitchen. I have noticed in the last couple of days that water is leaking from it. Is it likely that the washer needs replacing?
