Can the Aquaflow 1 be used with double sink system, does it have an easily replaceable ceramic unit like the aquadisc taps? Thank you

If you are asking if the spout can be rotated on the TAF1 then yes, it can. The TAF1 valve is plastic and just as easy to access as a TAD model.
